Julie Noel Clerc was born April 1, 1959 in Marchand Dessaline in Haiti. Her father Derosier Noel and mother Metonne Duperval problably did not know but they brought a woman into this world that made a major impact on many people’s lives.

She had 9 siblings, four sisters and five brothers. Salva, Pardy, Sosho, Edne, Amalie, Rosilia,, Marie Esperanta, and Cinea Noel.
Julie was married to Roland Clerc who’ve she known since she was 6 years old. They got married in Haiti in 1977. In 1981 at the age of 21 Julie and Roland moved to the United States to start their new lives. They have two children together, Ronald and Juliana Clerc.

Julie left behind : Four sisters- Cinea, Marie Esperanta, Rosillia, and Amelie Noel. One Brother: Mr. Pardy Noel. Three beautiful grandchildren: Bryson Dallas Clerc, Solomon Bempa, and Brieanna Dessources and many cousins whom she loved dearly.

Julie would give you the clothes off her back if she could. She was a woman who loved church and always expressed forgiveness. She said, “God never wants you to hold a burden in your heart”, that there is “a time to weep, a time to laugh, a time to mourn, a time to dance, a time to keep and also a time to cast away”.

On October 28 of 2019, at 3:45pm God has received an angel! Julie watch over us all, as you did when you were here. We love you!
